I found this recipe in a book called Cook This, Not That. The best part was an overnight brine consisting of a 2 liter of Dr Pepper and 1/4 cup of salt. The salt will pull the water out of the ribs and allow the soda to go in. I let the ribs sit in the brine overnight. Curtis pulled the pan and drained the brine. Cover the bottom of the pan with water and bake for two hours at 325. Throw them on the grill at medium heat for 10
mins a side. We also made the Dr. Pepper sauce but we liked the meat plain without sauce. Here are a couple pics of our conquests!
